TLC's $500 Low Cost Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The guarantee is subject to the customer having an existing storage unit provider and providing TLC RV Storage with 12 months of billing statements from business. The guarantee is applicable only when there is availability. Guaranteed proposed savings are calculated based on the customer's current rates, fees, and monthly charges in comparison to TLC RV Storage's proposed rates. Any savings shown in our analysis, regardless of dollar value, negates TLC RV Storage's responsibility of paying the customer $500.00. TLC RV Storage reserves the right to increase rent month-by-month.
